Traditional ceremony with preparation and integration
Living Harmony brings traditional Yagé ceremonies together with preparation and post-retreat integration. Experienced Colombian taitas hold the medicine ceremonies. Anastasia guides breathwork and Kundalini Activation, and supports integration around the experience.
Participation begins with an application and screening. The team shares the preparation requirements and reviews whether the retreat is appropriate for each applicant.

Before you arrive in Colombia
Preparation guidance and support with travel logistics are included.
Ceremony and daily practices
The programme includes four Yagé ceremonies and three Kambo practices, alongside breathwork, Kundalini Activation, cacao and tobacco ceremony support.
Your stay in the Andes
Shared accommodation with ensuite bathrooms, meals and transport to and from the retreat centre are included. International flights are arranged separately.
Time to reflect and integrate
Integration circles during the retreat and support after you return home are included.
Your guides throughout the retreat
Anastasia Tumanova hosts the retreat and supports preparation and integration. Anthar offers traditional tobacco ceremony support. The Yagé ceremonies are held by a Colombian taita whose details are shared privately with accepted participants.
Application and screening come first
Every participant completes an application and medical and medication screening before acceptance. The team explains preparation requirements and shares conduct and confidentiality agreements.
Some medications and health conditions are incompatible with participation. Discuss your circumstances with the screening team before making travel or payment arrangements.

First-time participants may apply and complete the same screening process.
Are meals and flights included?
Meals are included throughout the retreat. International flights are not included.

Both people apply individually and complete screening before acceptance.
