Learn to hold breathwork sessions
Breath Academy is a 13-week small-group training leading to Breath of Freedom Facilitator Level 1 Certification. You learn the foundations and practise with real people while receiving feedback on your facilitation.
The training welcomes existing wellness practitioners and women exploring a new direction alongside their current work. You can begin without previous breathwork experience.
What you receive in the training
Training and supervised practice
Learn the foundations, then lead practice sessions with feedback. The programme includes a final exam and a personal graduation review.
Tools for your own sessions
Receive facilitation scripts and checklists, along with curated breathwork playlists and guidance for running sessions on Zoom.
Support as you begin working
Explore integration and coaching foundations, with business sessions to help you begin or grow your practice.
A small group learning together
Meet with other women throughout the 13 weeks, with space for your own practice alongside your facilitator training.

Plan for at least 2 to 3 hours each week over 13 weeks, including the live sessions and your practice.

You can begin without existing clients. The training includes foundations and supervised practice.
